ShowRepublic is a platform where creators can share exclusive video content, grow their communities, and earn through subscriptions. These Community Guidelines help ensure ShowRepublic remains a safe, respectful, and enjoyable platform for everyone.

By using ShowRepublic, you agree to follow these guidelines. Failure to do so may result in content removal, suspension, permanent account termination, or other action as described below.

1. Respect Others

Treat everyone with respect.

You must not:

• Harass, bully, or intimidate others.
• Encourage targeted abuse or harassment.
• Make credible threats of violence.
• Promote hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.

Constructive criticism and respectful disagreement are welcome. Personal attacks and abusive behaviour are not.

2. Illegal Activities

Do not use ShowRepublic to engage in or promote illegal activities.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Fraud or scams.
• Identity theft.
• Money laundering.
• Human trafficking.
• Terrorist or extremist content.
• Sale or promotion of illegal drugs or illegal weapons.
• Content that exploits or endangers children.

Any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation will be removed immediately and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

3. Violent and Harmful Content

Do not post content that:

• Encourages violence.
• Glorifies violent criminal acts.
• Promotes self-harm or suicide.
• Contains graphic or disturbing violence intended to shock viewers.

Content containing violence for educational, documentary, or news purposes may be permitted where appropriate context is provided.

4. Adult Content

ShowRepublic is intended to be a safe platform for creators and subscribers.

Do not upload:

• Sexually explicit content.
• Pornographic material.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Content involving sexual exploitation.

Suggestive or mature content may be subject to additional restrictions and moderation.

5. Intellectual Property

Only upload content that you own or have permission to use.

Do not upload:

• Copyrighted movies or television shows.
• Music you do not have the rights to.
• Content copied from other creators without permission.
• Material that infringes another person's intellectual property rights.

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us using the information provided in our Terms of Service.

6. Spam, Misleading Behaviour, and Fraud

Do not:

• Post spam or repetitive content.
• Mislead users through false claims.
• Run scams or deceptive schemes.
• Artificially inflate engagement.
• Attempt to manipulate subscriptions or payments.

Creators must represent themselves honestly and must not mislead subscribers regarding the content or services they provide.

7. Privacy and Personal Information

Respect the privacy of others.

Do not share:

• Private addresses.
• Financial information.
• Government-issued identification.
• Confidential information without permission.

Do not encourage others to reveal sensitive personal information.

8. Authenticity

Do not:

• Impersonate another person or organisation.
• Misrepresent your identity.
• Create accounts intended to deceive users.

Creators should accurately represent themselves and the content they provide.

9. Platform Security

You must not attempt to:

• Gain unauthorised access to ShowRepublic systems.
• Circumvent security measures.
• Reverse engineer or exploit the platform.
• Introduce malware or malicious software.
• Interfere with the operation of the platform.

10. Reporting Content

If you believe content violates these Community Guidelines, please use the Report feature available on the platform.

Our moderation team will review reports and take appropriate action where necessary.

False or malicious reporting may itself violate these Guidelines.

11. Enforcement

If we determine that content or behaviour violates these Community Guidelines, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Remove the content.
• Issue a warning.
• Restrict platform features.
• Suspend the account.
• Permanently terminate the account.
• Delay or withhold payouts where permitted and appropriate while investigating serious violations.
• Report illegal activity to the relevant authorities where required by law.

The action taken will depend on the severity and frequency of the violation.

12. Updates to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in our platform, legal requirements, or community needs.

Continued use of ShowRepublic after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
