As a creator on ShowRepublic.tv, you retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content strictly for the purpose of operating the Services.

Creators may earn revenue through subscriptions and tips. ShowRepublic.tv deducts a standard platform fee from all transactions as detailed in our creator revenue guidelines. Payouts are subject to our payment processor's terms and any applicable minimum balance thresholds.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any other systems or networks connected to the Services.
